However in my case it would be right to see the fire meaning into "dismissing someone".Therefore this girl finds out the solution for these fired people because she knows a way to put them back into original places. And these fired people work really hard so that they become one of the most significant people in their nation. According to this fact author may put the word gold because it is very precious jewel like these people are precious to their own country. One more thing! sience each of them gets their job they mat feel free like birds so maybe author put the word bird on the tittle.
